Municipal Tax Assessment occurs every two years and was
reassessed in 2005. The MPAC rate for 2006 will remain unchanged.

Construction!
The
Arcade and Laundry Building is under going a small renovation
in order to keep the services coming! Include in the
new building will be a fitness area with bath facilities
and an upgraded laundry room .

Shower stalls are being put in the 2 main washroom facilities
as well as a Highspeed Internet Kiosk in the office. for
those that can't live without the World Wide Web.
