The
Fine Print
* Add GST to all rates (CDN Dollars),
* 4 Night Minumum, Rented either M-F, F-M or for the
week (M-M, F-F or Sat. - Sat.) for the peak season June
through Sept. The shoulder seasons has a 2 night min.
* 50% Deposit Required at the time of Booking,
* Damaged Deposit Required upon arrival,
* Checkout is 12 noon,
* The above rates are based on a Family of Four
(2 adults and 2 children under 18), all others will
be considered visitors and will be charged a visitor
fee,
* The max occupancy is 8 people for this unit,
* No pets, No smoking,
* Included: A setting of 8 dishes, cutlery, glasses,
microwave, toaster, coffee maker, TV and VCR, and a
BBQ.
* Not Included: Linens (1 Queen, 1 Double and
2 Twins), Pillows or Towels, Food condiments
