Info on 2008 Rate Increases

Since we bought the park in 2005 we have raised rates only once (a 3% increase - the general cost of inflation) from 2006 to 2007.

Given the increased costs of running the resort (labour, fuel costs, insurance, et cetera) increased programming, increased facilities and infrastructure and the desire to add further value in the future we have decided to raise the rates by 3% for Regular Sites and by 3% + $100.00 for Premium Lots (All Waterfront Sites and/or Double Lots. The need to increase the waterfront fees by and a premium fee more stems from the fact that there were historically not enough premiums placed on a waterfront site compared to the regular sites.

We will continue to add value to the resort through feedback obtained through questionnaires (channel dredging, pool deck, roads, playgrounds, et cetera) and other forums as well as adding value based on our personal vision of what we want Nestle In to become - "a 5 Star Cottage Alternative Resort".

And as always we will keep price increases to a minimum and inline with the costs of delivering you our service.
